We might look at first sight like what you expect to see in a solicitor firm, but we dont actually practise through a solicitor firm vehicle. Being outside the standard regulatory regime, we have more choice as to how we do what we do, which seems to work better for everyone. So take a look closer and you will probably notice a few tweaks here and there. For example, before we start work you simply sign a short work-scope with a sheet of easy-read terms. Then we just get on with it, delivering a first class service, no fuss.
